1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Place the drumsticks on a large rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until the drumsticks have begun to brown.
  2. Slice the limes and oranges and add them to the baking sheet. Add the honey and thyme. Bake for 15 minutes more, stirring at regular intervals. Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy.
